Declaration

1. This licence shall be displayed at a prominent place in the shop and be produced for verification to authorized person on demand.
2. The shop and its surrounding shall be kept neat and clear.
3. No excisable articles (s) be sold.
4. All the articles be sold or services be rendered at rate duly approved by the Government.
5. Extension/modification/alteration of existing building shall not be carried out without prior approval of Competent Authority.
6. The licence shall be got renewed before expiry of the validity date failing which a penalty @ 0.5 per cent of initial fee shall be charged.
7. The licence shall be deemed to have been cancelled if the same is not renewed within 6 (six) months of its expiry date which will also amount to unauthorized trade and is liable to charge a fine of Rs. 5000/- on initial detection and Rs. 10,000/- on every subsequent detection by the authorized officials.
8. The licence is not transferable.
9. The licensee will put up a signboard of a size of 6 (six) feetx2 (two) feet (which shall remain unchanged but length can be reduced upto 3 ft.).
10. Rate list and stock list of all essential commodities shall be displayed prominently.
11. Only the articles specified in this licence shall be traded in.
